Change is attainable. Truth is confrontational as it exposes our underlying motives. One look from Jesus with love and compassion can lead us to repentance and change. Some walk towards Jesus and others walk away sad and sorrowful. Change for us is beyond facing the challenging truth. Mark 10:17-31

Jesus meets our physical needs and leads us to recognize our spiritual need of Him.
Jesus fed more than 5k with 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish. He was not only interested in providing a miracle, but through the leftover fragments he was inviting everyone who believes into eternal life and personal relationship with him.

We frequently face the ongoing war in our minds. We battle with trying to discern who is speaking and at what time. Is it the voice of deception or the voice of direction? We often tend to hide behind the nuances of what we do. Although, taking action is part of our faith God is honored by obedience before sacrifices.
We are called to bear fruit and not the false appearance of it. We are called to be connected to Jesus and not only look like we are. We will be known by the fruit we produce in our life or the fig leaves we hide behind.

With the death and resurrection of Jesus, he took on all of the pain, suffering, shame of our sins to the cross. He is now sitting in the place of full authority over all creation. He also has given us access to boldly approach the thrown. Through God's grace, mercy and sacrifice of Jesus, He has made us righteous and called us to be ambassadors through Christ.

Do you always recognize when God is at work in your life? God has given us access to him through Jesus Christ. Unfortunately, we don't always perceive when He's working or speaking. We are drawn to people, experiences and lifestyle choices because they seem familiarity. As we become too familiar we can also lose a sense of value due to proximity. Is it possible to become too complacent with God because of His goodness? God's blessings can become so familiar that we loose the reverence and awe for the Lord. In Pt.1 we learn how to fight against becoming complacent Christians.

We often tend to drive on the fast lane of our emotions, reactions and thoughts. Not all of our decisions and actions honor God. Through the common practice of fasting, it aligns our heart with God and His will. It submits ourselves before God, sets us apart from sin and sets us up as part of God's plan.

God has called us to be set apart as ambassadors of the Kingdom. Set apart enough to be close to God and yet close enough to influence others like Jesus. Being set apart has the power to produce direction, ability to receive, focus and it sanctifies our life.
